About Me My Philosophy

My philosophy has always been to provide great LOCAL service that is both skilled and friendly. It is my opinion that the small-business and consumer markets are under represented when it comes to skilled support. Some national big box stores hire techs with little or no experience to handle their first tier of support, which may not actually provide the support you need. On the other hand, I have been in the service game for nearly 20 years working for myself and in support or field service roles servicing enterprise clients for industry leading managed service providers and cloud service providers. In addition, I live by the motto “Where there’s a Willy, there’s a way.” My troubleshooting ability is second to none — I will solve your problem.
